TAKE NO THOUGHT FOR YOUR LIFE

Who worries? I am as well guilty!

And which of you by worrying can add a day to his life’s span? Therefore if you cannot do even a very little thing, why do you worry about the other things? [Luke 12:25-26]

We can’t even add a cubit to our statue and yet we worry about tomorrow which is not promised nor do we have control over it. Our lives could be demanded today! Instead rejoice in today. Give thanksgiving for today. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; [Philippians 4:6]

Worry is an Identity problem. An I problem. I’m this, I’m that… Did God say that is what you are? NO! You are meant to be loved by God.

How do you not worry?

And he said unto his disciples, Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on.  The life is more than meat, and the body is more than raiment. [Luke 12:22-23 KJV]

Being worried is a byproduct of you not believe God. Your heart ( Your mind, the seat of reason) you must fill your heart with The Word of God! You have more pollution floating in your thoughts than Godly. The pollution distracts you from The Word of God. Do not only fill your life with The Word but put your faith into it! You will grow intimacy with God.

Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; [2 Corinthians 10:5]

Any time a thought of worry comes into your mind capture it and give it to Jesus. Remember worrying is an I problem. In 1 Corinthians 13:5 it says love does not seek its own. the Bible says that God is Love! If anything does not align with 1 Corinthians chapter 13 then it is not from God.

And Peter answered Him and said, “Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water.”
So He said, “Come.” And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus. But when he saw that the wind was boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, “Lord, save me!”
And immediately Jesus stretched out His hand and caught him, and said to him, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?”
[Matthew 14:28-31]

Why did Peter doubt?

He took his eyes off of Jesus! Keep your eyes on Christ and your path will be strait! Seek Christ always and he will comfort you. He will remind you what you mean to him. He has plans to prosper you.

TABITHA separation FROM USMC

Tabitha my wife is now in the states separating from the Marine Corps. Abigail, our daughter is with me in Okinawa. My Wife gets out March 13th. I will separate from the Marine Corps shortly after on April 3rd. Our time with the USMC is coming to a close. We are exited to be dependent on Jesus like little children to their parents. “Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.” [Matthew 18:3]

But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work. [2 Corinthians 9:6-8] NKJV
